Returns (Contract Withdrawal / Right to Cancel)

If the received goods do not meet your expectations - you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment to return them.

You do not need to provide a reason for the return, but we would be very grateful if you did.

How to do it?

Note: The products must be cleaned of any signs of use.

1. Pack the parcel carefully so that it is not damaged during transport.
2. Include all order documents, received accessories, and gifts in the shipment.
3. Fill out the return form - here.

What's next?

After filling out the return form - you have two options:
a) You can send the goods directly back to us, however there's a catch - we're located in Poland, which may cost you probably more than expected. 

OR

b) We can split the bill 50/50. We know it's too outrageous of us to ask you to ship from Ireland to Poland, so we're willing to split the bill upon previous agreement. Just hit us an email - shop@holivica.com

Refund

Once the shipment with the goods you sent and the corresponding documents reaches us and the above conditions are met, we will begin the refund process.

The money will be transferred to your account within the statutory period of 14 working days.
